1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Natural Materials: Since our products are made from natural wood, unique grain patterns and slight color variations are natural characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Cooemyprm will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cooemyprm.com. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized wooden products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been used or washed.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please send us an email at support@cooemyprm.com to initiate the process.
