1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the exact condition you received it.
  • Unused & Hygienic: Due to food safety standards, the product must be unused (never used for cooking or storage) with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Complete Packaging: Items must be returned in their original product box, including all protective inserts and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

2. The Return Process

To ensure your return is handled efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team at support@cooemyprm.com.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Ship Your Item: Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

3. Allocation of Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Cooemyprm will cover all return shipping expenses.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Inspection & Damages

We urge you to inspect your kitchenware immediately upon arrival.

  • If you discover any fault or damage, please notify us at support@cooemyprm.com within 72 hours.
  • We will prioritize a swift replacement or full refund for any confirmed shipping damages.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high operational and hygiene standards, the following are ineligible for return:

  • Customized Goods: Any products that have been engraved or personalized.
  • Final Sale Items: Gift cards and items clearly marked as "Final Sale."
  • Used Cookware: Any item that has been used for food preparation cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

6. European Union 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The item must still adhere to our "unused" and "original packaging" requirements.

7. Refund Disbursement

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team:

  1. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approval: If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

  3. Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for us to process the return. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the credit to your account.
