  • Please Note: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to sync and update in the carrier's system.

For international shipments, Cooemyprm is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes (VAT, etc.) applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Protection & Support

We stand behind the quality of our logistics partners, but we understand that issues can occur.

  • Damaged Items: If your kitchenware arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item and packaging to support@cooemyprm.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Our liability ends once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the local courier branch immediately.
