1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high-volume periods (such as peak shopping seasons or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: (Where available) Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders as specified on our website.

3. International Shipping

We provide international shipping to most countries. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cooemyprm is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@cooemyprm.com with your name and order number, and our team will investigate it for you.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update, which can delay the delivery time. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes; in such cases, we will notify you to provide a physical address.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Cooemyprm is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please document the damage with photos and retain all packaging materials. Contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
