DMCA Policy

Cooemyprm ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the website.

2. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

Your Notice must include the following information:

Identification: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Location: Identify the material that you claim is infringing (including the URL) so that we can locate it.
Contact Info: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us.

The Counter-Notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Minnesota, if your address is outside of the USA).
Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are "repeat infringers" of intellectual property rights.

5. Caution

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
