Cooemyprm ("the Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated agent.

To be effective, the notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (including the URL or specific location on the Site where the material is located).
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

2. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our agent containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Hong Kong, if your address is outside the U.S.).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Cooemyprm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
